Week Two was about as bad as it gets for big-time college football. The majority of the matchuos were lopsided, with Vegas assigning 20+ point spreads to the majority of the games. Still, there was an exciting OT game between USF and UCF, a controversial ending to BYU’s 1-point victory at Washington, Notre Dame’s lackluster opening victory against San Diego State, and ECU’s upset of West Virginia.
Week 3, on the other hand, looks to potentially be the best week of the early season with a slew of big-time non-conference games. Texas and Arkansas, Kansas and South Florida, Cal and Maryland, Oregin and Purdue, UCLA and BYU, Washington and Oklahoma, and Wisconsin and Fresno State. College football two most succesful programs meet again when Michigan comes to Notre Dame. But the biggest game of the week, and maybe the year, is Ohio State’s game at Southern Cal. This should be very, very good . . . On to the polls:
